Marketing Audit

Know what’s working. Make every investment count.

Bring clarity to your marketing with a focused review of your strategy, performance and resources. We identify opportunities and help you prioritise the changes that matter.

Let’s talk about your goals

The bigger picture

Understand the picture before changing the plan.

When marketing activity grows across different channels, it can become difficult to see what is contributing to your business goals. An audit creates space to step back, question assumptions and look at your activity as a whole.

We consider your strategy, performance and available resources together. The aim is to separate useful activity from unnecessary effort, identify gaps in your understanding and give your next decisions a stronger foundation.

Our focus

01

Review your current activity

Look at the audiences, messages and channels behind your current marketing. Consider how individual campaigns connect to your wider objectives and where activity has become inconsistent or disconnected.

02

Find gaps and opportunities

Use the information available to identify strengths worth building on and areas that need closer attention. Where evidence is incomplete, recognise the gap rather than treating an assumption as a conclusion.

03

Set meaningful measures of success

Choose measures that relate to the purpose of each activity. Enquiries, engagement and other indicators should help explain progress, so you can review decisions and focus resources with greater confidence.

Is this your next step?

Start with the challenge.

Useful when you are investing in marketing but are unsure what is working, when performance has changed, or before committing to a new direction.

How we approach it

  1. Establish the business goals the review needs to support.
  2. Review current activity, performance information and resources.
  3. Prioritise improvements and agree what to measure next.

A little more clarity

Your questions,
answered.

How is an audit different from a strategy?

An audit examines your current position. A strategy sets the direction for what happens next. An audit can inform a new strategy, but it can also help refine an existing plan without replacing everything.

What if our marketing data is incomplete?

Share what you have and be clear about what is missing. Incomplete information can still highlight questions worth investigating. It is also a reason to improve measurement before making large changes.

Does an audit mean starting again?

No. The purpose is to understand what to retain, improve or reconsider. Activity that supports your goals should be recognised alongside areas that need attention.
